In the process of social development, in order to better meet people’s growing cultural needs, we should actively explore new ways of cultural communication, among which, the construction of community music culture, as one of the important com-ponents of China’s cultural construction at the present stage, needs to pay great attention to.In the construction of college campus culture, music culture in its own unique way aff ects the comprehensive quality level of college students, at the same time, with excellent music education qualifi cation of college music department students can participate in the construction of community culture, in meet the needs of community education at the same time, can further improve the living standard of all staff and com-prehensive quality.This paper will combine the practice situation, take the community as a new growth point to promote education, and use the rich educational resources in the school to change the cultural development of the community.
