Analysis on the Problems and Measures of Staff Training in Real Estate Enterprises
Abstract
This paper fi rstly analyzes the predicament of Y company's employee training. It is urgent to improve the training plan and clarify the training needs. The training arrangement should be in line with the characteristics of the enterprise itself, meet the individual needs, improve the assessment method, and provide eff ective assessment feedback and mobilization. The enthusiasm of all staff to participate, improve the training eff ectiveness.
