East and West Education Model and Personnel Training R esearch

Abstract

With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the traditional education model has been diffi cult to meet the objective needs of the development of the times, how to train high-quality talents, become the focus of our education work in the future. Through the East and the West Education fusion form, strives under the premise which respects the student individuality development, molds the student sound personality and the quality. The integration of the two education methods can make good use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, so that students can get good training opportunities, and ultimately win the future. Based on this, this paper fi rst analyzes the diff erences between the eastern and Western education models, and then discusses the Eastern and Western education models and talent training research strategies, hoping to make recommendations for related research.
