A study on the Training of Aviation Service Professionals in Colleges and Universities Under the Alliance of Colleges and Enterprises

Abstract


The demand of modern enterprises for Aviation Service talents is more and more professionalized, which requires the cultivation of aviation talents with comprehensive application ability. However, the current teaching standards in higher vocational colleges have not reached this level, so the aviation service educators must adjust the curriculum model in time to help students meet the standards required by enterprises. Based on this, this paper fi rst analyzes the problems of aviation service education in colleges and universities, and then discusses the training strategy of Aviation Service professionals in colleges and universities under the alliance of colleges and enterprises.
