On the Penetration of Moral Education in Junior Middle School English Classroom Teaching Under the Concept of New Curriculum Standard

Abstract


Teaching, moral education fi rst. Under the concept of the new curriculum standard, the goal of junior middle school English classroom teaching should not simply focus on grades and examinations, but should follow the principle of improving stu- dents’ comprehensive quality to carry out moral education. Junior middle school English teachers should not only improve English teaching level in English class, but also properly integrate moral education content into teaching content, fi nd the combination of English teaching and moral education, and improve students’ moral literacy in a subtle way. This paper discusses the importance of moral education in English classroom teaching, analyzes the problems existing in moral education in English classroom at present, and puts forward corresponding solutions, hoping to provide eff ective reference for the moral education infi ltration work in Middle school English classroom teaching in China.
