Research on the Training Mode of Civil Engineering Professionals under OBE Concept

Abstract

As an advanced teaching concept, OBE has been gradually promoted in the teaching of civil engineering major in colleges and universities in China, and has achieved remarkable teaching results. But at present, the civil engineering majors in some schools continue to follow the traditional teaching mode, which cannot improve the output of high-quality talents. This paper expounds the current talent demand of society and civil industry, analyzes the current situation of civil engineering professionals training, and improves the countermeasures of civil engineering professionals training mode on the basis of OBE concept, aiming to further improve the comprehensive talent output of civil engineering professionals, and meet the employment needs of society and civil industry.
