Path Research of "Gradual Way" Subsidize and Educate People from the Perspective of College Counselors

Abstract

The purpose of subsidize education is to enrich the connotation of university funding work and implement the task of educating people and cultivating talents. Which is an important part of the education work in universities. From the perspective of counselors, it is found that the current financial aid mechanism and system are not perfect, and the "moral education" and "developmental ability" education in subsidized education are not in place. According to the law of students' growth and development, explore the "gradual" funding and education path from the first year to the fourth year, with "moral education" to "development ability" education, to improve the effectiveness of funding education from reality.
