Research on the Dilemma and Path of the Integrated Talent Training for Secondary and Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of County Economy

Abstract


County economy plays a vital role in China's economic development, and it is extremely crucial to provide talented teams and support industrial upgrading and transformation of the county economy. However, there are many dilemmas in the system, the main body and the content of the current integrated talent training model, which needs to be innovated and reformed to make it highly adaptable to the development of the county economy. It should realize all-round integrated training of secondary and higher vocational education in terms of talent training goal, skill route, education carrier, teacher training and evaluation system, and thus effectively improve the relevance of integrated talents in serving the high-quality development of the county economy.
