Analysis on the Path of Inheritance and Development of Eth-nic Minority Traditional Festival Culture——Take the “Fol-lowing the Autumn Festival” of the Miao People in Western Hunan as an Example*

Abstract

The traditional festival culture of ethnic minorities is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and it is the concentrated expression of the national characteristics and context. Under the situation of the continuous improvement of human modernization and the increasingly fi erce global exchange, integration and confrontation of cultures, the inheritance and development of traditional festival culture of ethnic minorities in my country is also facing severe challenges such as the infi ltration of modern civilization, the impact of Western culture, and the lack of inheritors. To do a good job in the inheritance and develop-ment of the excellent traditional festival culture of ethnic minorities, it is very important for the government to take the lead, the active participation and support of the masses and the innovation of cultural forms are the key, and the cultivation of inheritors is an important task.
