Exploration and Practice of Education Mode of Vocational College Counselor Studio——Take the Construction of the Drip Irrigation Culture Education Counselor Studio of Jiangxi Water Conservancy Vocational College as an Example
Abstract
The college counselor studio is an innovative method and characteristic measure that cannot be ignored in the ideological and political education of college students in my country in recent years. However, the current vocational college counselor studios still have inaccurate positioning, insuffi cient teamwork, Problems such as insuffi cient propaganda radiation drive. Jiangxi Water Conservancy Vocational College Drip Irrigation Culture Education Counselor Studio adheres to the working philosophy of“helping people grow with culture, and promoting development with culture and education”. In order to meet the requirements of educating people” and the cultural characteristics of the water institute, the “fi ve-step drip irrigation method” was constructed to help students grow and progress, and achieve better educating results.
