Abstract

After more than 5,000 years of civilization in China, the perception of disaster has gradually changed from misfortune to self-confi dence, and then to the current stage of perception that “we cannot build a new one without breaking the old one”. Through the historical development process in China, we can fi nd that China has grown and developed by overcoming one diffi culty after another, and this COVID-19 will be a turning point for China to achieve its dream of rejuvenation. No matter what diffi culties are encountered, under the rendering of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, it is sure to overcome them again. The excellent traditional culture in China has a long history and is an important prerequisite to support the sustainable development of the country. This thesis will develop a systematic discussion of the excellent traditional culture in China in the context of the new era of resistance to epidemics.
