Research on Middle School English Education and Teaching Management Under the Concept of Innovative Development

Abstract


Since the 21st century, all sectors of society have developed rapidly, and the demand for talents has also changed. At this stage, we need all-round high-quality talents with innovative ability. Therefore, the management of middle school English education and teaching under the concept of innovative development meets the requirements of the society for talents, and then can promote the process of education reform, provide innovative inspiration for middle school English teachers’ innovative teaching methods, optimize classroom teaching, pay attention to cultivating students’ creative consciousness and humanistic quality. At the same time, it can also exercise students’ social practice ability and innovation ability, stimulate students’ interest in innovation and meet the requirements of the development of the times. Based on this, this paper briefl y analyzes and studies the teaching manage-ment strategies of middle school English Education under the concept of innovative development.
