A probe into the Integration of Curriculum Ideological and Political Concepts and English Translation Teaching
Abstract
As an important English course, translation course aims to improve students' language and cultural literacy, cultivate students' intercultural communication ability, improve students' bilingual conversion level, and cultivate students' practical translation skills. In the process of translation teaching, the concept of curriculum ideology and politics has attracted the attention of the majority of teachers, and has increasingly penetrated into every step of the teaching process. This paper analyzes and explains the compatibility between Ideological and political education and translation teaching, and discusses how to combine them.
