Yifeng Wu

Abstract

The use of e-Learning platforms has made it possible to continue the learning process in universities, and other educational institutions, during the Covid pandemic. Learners' acceptance of e-Learning is essential because it is associated with their engagement in the online teaching-learning environment. This study used the perceived usefulness model to determine the factors predicting the behavioral intention of Sichuan users to use e-Learning platforms in the post-pandemic era. The perceived usefulness model was extended to include the influencing factors of perceived value, perceived safety, perceived ease of use, and user satisfaction relating to sustainable usage intention. The three research objectives are; to explore whether user satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use have significant impacts on sustainable usage, to evaluate the essential characteristics of online learning platform users and their needs for online learning services, and to improve the intention of Sichuan users in online learning platform during the post-pandemic era.
