Abstract


PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge), translated as domain teaching knowledge or subject teaching Learning knowledge, the concept was proposed by the American scholar John Schulman in 1986.It is taught by teachers personally Special integration of learning experience, subject content knowledge and pedagogy knowledge.Teachers according to different backgrounds,The learning situation of students with different interests and different abilities, re-organize and adjust the course content,So as to achieve the effective teaching purpose.A large number of studies have shown that the teacher's PCK level is a shadow ,An important factor affecting students' learning and development.This article is from the kindergarten teaching and scientific research, on-the-job training,Two aspects explore the improvement path of PCK level of kindergarten practice teachers a large rope.
