College Students' Dormitory Management and Cultural Construction in the New Era

Abstract

Dormitory is not only a simple resting place for students, but also a post station for learning and communicating with students. Students spend most of their time in the dormitory. Good management can form a benign dormitory culture and influence students imperceptibly. Therefore, the construction of college students' dormitory culture is related to the growth of students, so we should pay attention to the relevant content of college students' dormitory culture construction. This paper will discuss the relationship between college students' dormitory construction and culture, summarize the current construction status, and put forward corresponding opinions, hoping to provide more reference for dormitory management.
