Thoughts on the Infiltration of People-Oriented Idea in Educational Management in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The management of education in colleges and universities is the main factor for the effective implementation of auxiliary education. In view of this, colleges and universities need to combine the focus of management work and use different types of basic management concepts as management support. The human-centered education concept is in line with the needs of students for college management. In view of this, this article analyzes the penetration of the human-centered education idea in college education management.
