Application and Eff ect Analysis of Integrating Group Psychological Activities into Mental Health Education Course of Higher Vocational Students

Abstract


The course of mental health education is the main position to popularize mental health knowledge, so we should abandon the outdated teaching ideas and be determined to innovate. By integrating into the group psychological activities, it injects new vitality into the inanimate classroom. The survey shows that the new teaching mode has greatly stimulated interest in learning of students, enhanced their enthusiasm for learning, and improves students' ability to solve practical problems.
