Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Positive Psychology-- Starting From the Path of Building a Skilled Society

Abstract

Industrial workers, skilled workers and other skills are an important force to support China’s manufacturing and China’s creation, and a large number of talent reserves come from the professional and technical talents cultivated by China’svocational education schools. Therefore, through the active construction of “skill-based society”, the craftsman spirit of the new era can be eff ectively cultivated, so as to answer the basic questions of “what kind of people to cultivate”, “what to cultivate” and“how to cultivate people”, and to fi nd eff ective vocational education strategies from the perspective of “education” and positive psychology.
