Research on Reform of Practical Teaching Mode of Accounting Major in Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province from the Perspective of Entrepreneurship and Innovation-- Take Shandong Union College as an Example

Abstract


With the continuous development of modern society, the quality requirements of college graduates are also undergoing fundamental changes. The current situation is that there is a deviation between the college graduates cultivated by colleges and universities and the needs of enterprises and public institutions, which leads to the failure of college graduates to eff ectively meet the needs of the society. Therefore, vocational colleges should pay more attention to improving the quality of accounting education. More attention should be paid to the use of innovation to lead the development of science and technology, accelerate the training of accounting composite talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, vigorously train the practical ability, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness of accounting major students, improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of accounting major students, and cultivate more main force for “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. In addition, the characteristics of accounting major in vocational colleges require that theory and practice should be combined in teaching and theory should be tested in practice. This paper takes Shandong Union College as a case study and discusses how to improve the practical teaching mode of accounting major in vocational colleges in Shandong province from the perspective of innovation and innovation. In view of the existing defi ciencies, on the basis of investigation and analysis, it tries to put forward perfect strategies. Enhance its eff ectiveness, hoping to provide help for similar colleges to train accounting professionals with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.
