Abstract

Rural talent revitalization is inseparable from the development of rural vocational education. Shaanxi province needs to develop rural vocational education for Shaanxi rural revitalization training practical talents, improve the employment quality of rural surplus labor, solve the problem of rural surplus labor employment, can assign Shaanxi rural revitalization strategy, but the Shaanxi rural vocational education is facing many practical diffi culties need to be solved. This paper is mainly on the practical dilemma of rural education in Shaanxi.
