The Characteristics of American Craftsmanship Spirit and Its Enlightenment to Chinese Craftsman Education

Abstract

The craftsmanship spirit has diff erent manifestations in diff erent countries. The craftsmanship spirit of the United States with innovation as the core feature is a prominent representative of the craftsmanship spirit of developed countries. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of American craftsmanship spirit, and puts forward the enlightenment and reference of American craftsmanship spirit to Chinese craftsman education for China’s pursuit of high-quality development.Craftsman spirit has diff erent characteristics in diff erent times, but the specifi c connotation of craftsman spirit remains unchanged. Its essence is to guide the development of human society through its spiritual connotation, and at the same time, it can promote social progress.In the development of China’s practice, various artisan spirits have emerged. These artisan spirits are the essential spiritual connota-tions for countries to stand in the world forest.In this paper, the craftsman spirit is discussed, so that we can better understand and study the characteristics and values of the craftsman spirit.
