The Sustainable Strategies of B Corporations:A Case of Eileen Fisher

Abstract


Certifi ed B corporations are business that play important role in environmental and social performance and legal accountability in order to balance the profi t and public transparency. It helps to create a positive infl uence on the communities,environment, and employees of a business. Eileen Fisher is a B Corporation which is regularly providing or off ering helps to the community and the environment with all of the incorporated strategies. This paper evaluates the application of sustainable development in B Corporations by analyzing the strategies of sustainable development and taking Eileen Fisher as an example.By developing into the B Corporation confi rmation Eileen Fisher become a fourfold main concern organization. B corporations always try to set the example for the other organizations by legally protect their mission and the values with the changes in the leadership. It implies that they esteem human rights, the prosperity of workers, budgetary intrigue, and social qualities and environmental condition.
