Abstract

With the vigorous development of the era of knowledge economy, colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of conveying a large number of outstanding talents for the motherland, the educational management of colleges and universities is extremely important. There are many drawbacks in the implementation of the current education management. In order to improve the level of the current education management practice and build a more perfect management concept and system,colleges and universities should carefully analyze the problems existing in the education management and solve these problems in order to better train the future builders of the motherland and promote the development and progress of the knowledge economy.
