The Necessity Analysis of the Innovative Integration of Physical Education and Health Education under the Background of “Healthy China”

Abstract


In recent years, in the face of the fact that the physical health of students continues to decline, the health of students has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. Physical education in school can promote the development of students’ physical health. Health education can deepen people’s understanding of health, master health knowledge and skills, develop healthy and civilized living habits and scientifi c ways of exercise, and promote the health development of the whole life cycle. In the implementation of health education and physical education, the school is a unique place, it has all the conditions and advantages of the implementation of health education curriculum. Therefore, under the background of healthy China, it is necessary to integrate physical education with health education.
