Research Analysis of Scientifi c Teaching Management in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

Abstract

In the new era, universities in China should innovate the teaching management of our university to make it conform to keep up with the times. As one of the important components of the management system of colleges and universities,teaching management is closely related to the teaching quality and the eff ect of talent cultivation. Scientifi c university teaching management can not only improve the comprehensive quality of universities, but also help the reform of higher education in China. This paper will discuss the importance of scientifi c construction of college teaching management in the new era, the problems and specifi c optimization measures from multiple perspectives based on relevant work experience and research results, and put forward certain suggestions. It is hoped that through the analysis and discussion of this paper, more college teaching managers can be inspired and can lay a solid foundation for the reform of higher education in the new era with excellent management ability.
