Bilingual Teaching Practice of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

Abstract


As a compulsory course in colleges and universities, ideological and political theory courses can play an important role in promoting the degree of ideological cognition of college students. With the continuous development of the society, the frequency of foreign exchanges and trade has increased signifi cantly, and the importance of English teaching has been recognized by more people. The bilingual mode in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities can help students understand some conceptual content more accurately, and improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses. However, from the current teaching status of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, there are still a series of problems in the implementation of bilingual teaching, which does not play its advantages in the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. It is necessary to combine the characteristics of ideological and political the-ory courses and the implementation principles of bilingual teaching to better integrate bilingual teaching into the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the positive eff ects of bilingual teaching in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, points out the implementation status of bilingual teaching in the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities, and puts forward the implementation strategies of bilingual teaching in the new era, aiming at providing reference for future teaching.
