Challenges and Innovative Measures for High-quality Education of Chinese Graduate Students in the New Era

Abstract

This paper analyzes the six problems faced by the high-quality education of Chinese graduate students in the new era:declining quality of students, weak management and service level, low tutor ability, old course content, poor students' scientifi cresearch ability, and few quality evaluation institutions, etc. Therefore, this paper puts forward some innovative measures to improve the high-quality education level of graduate students in the new era: selecting excellent students, implementing the integration plan of science and education, carrying out industrial research projects, improving the teaching ability of tutors,improving the course content, promoting internationalization, improving the service level, enriching community organizations,increasing capital investment, etc.
