The Formation and Development of Modern Traditional Chinese Vocal Music

Abstract


China has fi fty six ethnic groups thereforesongs are in varied forms, there are many kinds of traditional folk music from all ethnic groups and regions, combination of voice and local language made songs tinted with local characteristics, and these traditional national vocal music has a very rich cultural heritage. This essay which subject is the modern traditional Chinese vocal music, through further study about this subject the traditional Chinese vocal music, The Formation and Development of Modern Traditional Vocal Music with representative fi gures and works in China- focuses on development and current situation of national vocal music of the near 100 years and introduces representative fi gures and works of modern vocal music.
