A Practical Study on the Innovation and Reform of Undergraduate Tutorial System

Abstract


Higher education is an important base for cultivating talents for the new era and a good channel for the development of contemporary undergraduate students. To establish a scientifi c and perfect undergraduate tutor management model is the primary task of colleges and universities at present. Only by constantly improving the education management model can we cultivate all-round talents that meet the social requirements. Therefore, the current undergraduate tutors should abandon the traditional education management model, Close to the requirements of the new era to improve the management level and eff ect. Based on this,this paper analyzes the innovative reform strategy of undergraduate academic tutoring system in detail, hoping to make referential suggestions for relevant research.
