Research on the Construction of High Quality Teacher Education System in the New Era

Abstract


Education is very important for the development of a country, not only to ensure the sustainable output of talents,but also to provide a steady fl ow of power for national development. Therefore, exploring the construction of teacher education system has become a key research object in the education industry. The construction of teachers’ education system in China should combine the characteristics of Chinese society and the trend of foreign countries. It has experienced the construction stage of the new democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and the reconstruction stage of the construction period, and then experienced the transformation stage of the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction. It has now entered the deepening stage of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Our education system construction through the long-term development, from the quality and the improvement of innovation results, which shows the importance of our education system development. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of the teacher education system, such as the non-standard mechanism of the teacher education system, the imbalance between supply and demand of the teacher education system, and the lack of scientifi c demonstration of the transformation of the teacher education system. After the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was put forward, the teacher education system should be quantifi ed with high quality and further standardized. Through the construction of a meta-educational management and governance body, as well as a lifelong learning system for teacher professional development, we can create a high-quality teacher education system in line with the development of the new era.
