Lingyun Sun

Abstract

In the context of the new era, red culture, as an important carrier for the inheritance of China's 5000 year civilization, carries the major events, social focus and ideological content experienced in the historical process of China's revolution, construction and development. It plays a unique role in the process of college education and teaching activities. Starting with the problems of Ideological and political education(IPE) in Colleges and universities(CAU) in the new era, this paper discusses how to carry forward, develop and inherit the great revolutionary spirit of the older generation of revolutionary martyrs through various forms and carriers in the new era. First of all, this paper introduces the policy of educating people in CAU, expounds the existing problems and reasons of the red culture in the new era, and makes a deep research on how to integrate the red culture in the new era into the process of educating people in CAU. Finally, this paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of red culture. The survey results show that students generally believe that the current post red culture publicity is strong, and red culture affects their learning atmosphere.
