Analysis of the Integration Strategy of College Education Management and Ideological and Political Education under the Background of the New Era

Abstract


In recent years, with the continuous development and deepening of educational research work, a large number of educators have analyzed and reviewed how to carry out education and teaching activities in China in the new era, which has effectively promoted the diversified development of teaching work and improved students' group thinking ability. The expansion and extension provide more possibilities. During the period of education work in colleges and universities, by actively integrating education management and ideological and political education work, teachers can help the student group to further realize the reasonable cultivation of correct values in the learning process, and help the student group to grow in an all-round way physically and mentally. The cultivation and construction of qualified personnel is very important. In this paper, the author analyzes how to promote the integration of educational management and ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on a large number of teaching research and proposes corresponding strategies, hoping to provide reference and reference for subsequent teaching research.
