Literature Review on Motivation to Organizational Learning
Abstract
Organizational learning is an exciting yet difficult concept, encompassing a wide range of phenomena as knowledge, interpretation, information distribution, routines, and change. Increasing number of researchers document the critical role that OL plays in improving firm performance over time, and individuals are key components. This paper presents the importance of OL in workplace, analyzes the relationship between individuals and OL, thus motivation factors to individuals in OL are explored.
