Analysis of the Conversion of Word Classes in Translation Portuguese-Chinese

Abstract

With the improvement of China's international status, the cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries has also been strengthened. To better facilitate communication between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, it is essential to remove language barriers. Therefore, translation plays a crucial role. Chinese and Portuguese belong to different language families, and there are great differences in grammar and language structure. In order to make the translation smooth and natural, some translation skills should be used appropriately when necessary. Among them, part-of-speech conversion is a very common translation technique. This paper analyzes the application of part-of-speech conversion in Portuguese-Chinese translation. It is divided into four parts: the first part briefly describes the definition of part-of-speech conversion; the second part introduces the division of Chinese part-of-speech and Portuguese part-of-speech; the third part analyzes the specific application types of part-of-speech translation in Portuguese-Chinese translation; the fourth part Here are some considerations for using this translation technique.
