The Necessity of Curriculum Construction of Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities
Abstract
Mental health education is the key to the healthy growth of students, and it is also the basic method to improve students' personality and ensure the establishment of students' correct outlook. With the continuous advancement of educational reform, the current mental health problems of students have attracted more and more attention in colleges and universities. This article first makes a brief analysis of the characteristics of contemporary college students' mental health education curriculum, and then expounds the important value and significance of curriculum construction of mental health education in combination with students' future development, and points out the defects and problems in curriculum construction and development based on the current teaching practice of mental health education curriculum in colleges and universities, Finally, based on the problems and defects of the curriculum construction of mental health education in colleges and universities, the author puts forward relevant suggestions to improve and optimize the curriculum construction of mental health education in colleges and universities.
