Research on the Talent Training Mode of Academy System under the Department of “Three Integrity Education”
Abstract
The teaching mode of the academy system can help students achieve their balanced development by combining quality education and professional education. This kind of teaching mode is a development trend of the current educational reform, and has also been the focus of more educators. Under the education system of "three integrity education", the talent training mode of college system in colleges and universities has changed to a certain extent, which has innovated the education mode and improved the education concept. But at the same time, there are also problems of separation in time and space, insufficient teaching experience, insufficient teaching methods and other related problems, which limit the reform, innovation and development of the current college system talent training model. Based on this background, the article discusses the relevant strategic innovation of college system talent training mode under the current "three integrity education" system, hoping to further improve the training quality of college students.
