Research on Innovation of Student Education Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Due to the continuous enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges in China, the problems of college students' education and management have been highlighted, which has brought many difficulties for higher vocational colleges to carry out the education and management of college students. Under such circumstances, in order to better ensure the quality and effect of education management, higher vocational colleges should achieve work innovation, adopt scientific and reasonable methods and countermeasures, and achieve the innovation of education management mode, in order to create a relaxed and comfortable learning environment for college students, and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of college students. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the innovation of student education management in higher vocational colleges, hoping to provide theoretical reference for the smooth development of future research.
