Abstract

As a national historical and cultural city, Yi bin has a unique food culture with a long history. For decades, food culture has mainly promoted food economy, tourism and poverty alleviation and development, and "Yi bin, the capital of wine", "Yi bin, the capital of Chinese liquor", "Yi bin morning tea", "Yi bin noodles" and "Yi bin folk food", have been well-known throughout the country and even the world, and have won numerous awards. In recent years, Yi bin has actively implemented the national "Belt and Road" initiative and deeply integrated into the national development strategy. Therefore, as an ancient city, Yi bin needs to control the boundaries of cultural differences in the process of development, and when the countries along the global "Belt and Road" spread culture to us internally, promote local specialties to the outside world, display the cultural memory of the city, inherit cultural connotations, and promote the development of the country and itself. This paper takes Yi bin cuisine as the research object and explores the spread and development of Yi bin cuisine under the background of the "Belt and Road".
