On the Effective Integration of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities with Student Teaching Management

Abstract

Student teaching management is an important part of the daily work of colleges and universities, and its effect directly determines the smooth implementation of various work in colleges and universities. Integrating ideological and political education into this work can not only effectively cultivate students' correct three views, personal cultivation and moral character, but also provide an important driving force for students' teaching and management, so as to promote the smoother and more orderly progress of talent training. This paper first briefly analyzes the necessity of integrating ideological and political education and student teaching management, and discusses the strategies for effective integration of the two for the reference of relevant colleagues.
