The Role of College Counselors in Guiding Students’ Employment Work

Abstract

According to the graduation data of Chinese college students, the scale and increment of graduates have reached a record high, and in the process of employment, the employment situation is severe and the competition is fierce, and the contradictions in the employment structure are more prominent. Based on this, college counselors should fully recognize the importance of the role of counselors when providing employment guidance to students, give play to their analytical, cognitive and guiding roles in student employment guidance, and provide all-round guidance for students' employment work.
