Strategies for Improving Ideological and Political Ability of Film and Television Teachers in Colleges and Universities in Inner Mongolia

Abstract


College education is an important way to cultivate talents in China. College education has a strong professional orientation, which is mainly aimed at cultivating students' practical ability and professional quality. In recent years, with the infiltration of the concept of quality education, more and more people began to pay attention to the personal quality and development of college students. Ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities has attracted the attention of all walks of life. As an inevitable demand for the cultivation of socialist talents, the development of ideological and political curriculum has rich connotation and important educational significance. However, it is found through field understanding and investigation. The ideological and political work of film and television courses in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia has been deficient in many aspects, such as educational awareness, educational ability and evaluation mechanism. Therefore, the development of relevant teachers' curriculum ideological and political ability has become the focus of the current development of education. This paper will deeply explore the effective strategies to improve the ideological and political ability of film and television teachers in colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia.
