Research on the System of College Students’ Career Planning Education and Related Problems

Abstract

Career planning is an important subject in the curriculum system of Chinese colleges and universities. Schools use this subject to instill students with ideas and knowledge related to career development, exercise their physical quality, and promote students to improve their professional thinking and awareness. In the implementation of vocational planning education, we must continuously cultivate students' ideological and moral cultivation, guide students to establish correct work values, help students determine their future life goals, and promote the improvement of students' own values through vocational quality training. This paper studies the implementation of career planning education and explores the methods of career planning education in colleges and universities in the new era.
