Cultivating the Positive Psychological Quality of Normal School Students under the “Excellent Teacher Program” to boost the Development of Rural Education in Guizhou
Abstract
Excellent teachers and students are not only college students, but also future rural teachers. Improving their positive psychological quality is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of rural education and achieving rural revitalization. In this study, the first batch of excellent teachers and students in Guizhou Province were investigated by using the quality scale of college students' positive psychology. The results showed that the overall positive psychological quality of excellent teachers and students was above the middle level, on this basis, the paper puts forward the strategy of cultivating the positive psychological quality of excellent teachers and students to help the revitalization and development of rural education in Guizhou.
