Discussion on the Organizational Reform of the University from the Perspective of Industry and Education Integration

Abstract


With the continuous reform of China's education system, the education department began to change the direction of talent training in colleges and universities, and the new teaching mode of combining production and education emerged at the historic moment, and began to exist widely in colleges and universities. The combination of production and education is the basis of cultivating innovative talents. From the perspective of the integration of industry and education, it is necessary to clarify the goal of talent education, update the mode of talent education, improve the quality guarantee system of talent education, and pay attention to the organic combination. Taking industry and production demand as the guidance, establish the innovative talent training concept of major industries and industries, teaching integration methods to redesign the talent training process, take the construction of school-enterprise cooperation platform as an important starting point, comprehensively improve the moderation and quality of talent training, and implement the coordinated development of training supply structure and labor demand structure. From the perspective of the integration of industry and education, this paper starts with the importance of the organizational talent training strategy, analyzes the problems existing in the talent training mode, and discusses the renewal and innovation of the organizational talent training mode in colleges and universities.
