Abstract

Craftsman spirit is the requirement and goal proposed in the new era of our country. It has standardized the spiritual quality and guided the direction of everyone's efforts. In the critical period of China's current development, it is particularly critical to cultivate professional talents with craftsmanship. With the diversified development of colleges and universities, schools began to cooperate with enterprises to carry out teaching, so that the spirit of craftsmanship into vocational colleges has become a necessary means to cultivate talents. This paper discusses the connotation of craftsman spirit, analyzes the content of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges, and standardizes the specific requirements, hoping to help the integration and development of craftsman spirit and vocational colleges.
