Analysis on the Present Situation of Nutrition and Health Course Offered in Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract
At present, most college students for the diet of health consciousness is relatively lack, there is no correct diet concept and habits, which is very bad for them to maintain a good physical health state for a long time. Under the deepening reform of quality education, higher vocational colleges need to pay more attention to the nutrition and health education of college students. By setting up the course of Nutrition and Health, college students can consciously develop scientific and healthy eating habits. Based on the necessity of "Nutrition and Health" course in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current teaching situation of this course, and puts forward the corresponding teaching improvement measures.
