A Study on Evaluation and Intervention of Physical Fitness of Students in Yunnan University for Nationalities

Abstract


College students have been playing a pioneering role in the whole society and are the main force of social de-velopment [1] . One of the tasks of the school is to promote the physical and mental health of students, which is related to the future development of the country and society. However, in recent years, the physical health of students in China is declining. Based on this, this paper takes the physical health test of students in Yunnan University for Nationalities and the actual situation of the school as the research object, and uses the method of literature and logical analysis to conduct in-depth research on this problem. The results show that there are some problems, and puts forward some feasible suggestions, It provides some reference value for Yunnan University for Nationalities students to improve their sports ability and enhance their physical health.
