Exploration on Cultivation of Technical and Skilled Talents Based on the Educational Thoughts of Humanism

Abstract


Multiple international organizations and governments all over the world are positively exploring on the new pattern of reforming and development of vocational education, so as to perfect the mode of vocational education in all directions and dimensions. Based on the situation in China, the vocational education is in the critical period of functional positioning and adjusting from “fi nding job” to “humanism”, from “education only” to “production and education”, from “regional” to “overall”, “from “classifi cation” to “cooperation” and from “single” to “diversifi ed”. The educational thoughts of humanism not only conform to the functional positioning of reform of vocational education, which makes the vocational education stick to the nature of cultivating talents, but also help the deep cooperation between production and education,explore the way of reform adjustment of vocational education, thus improve the key ability of school running and realize the integrated development of students.
