The Brilliance of Economics in Mozi’s Thought

Abstract


Mozi’s works have discussed the utility and marginal theory in modern microeconomics, showing the brilliance of microeconomics, which is rarely seen in Chinese ancient books. This paper aims to show mohist culture from the perspective of economic theory and interpretation of Mozi’s works.
